Catalog in CMS

The Catalogue-in-CMS project is an experimental prototype examining using an AJAX-enhanced user interface to view the results of a federated search across a relativley small number of targets. In this case, the federated search uses SOAP, Z39.50, and HTTP REST to search the CISTI catalog, Amazon, PubMed and several other Canadian government catalogs. This work was done at CISTI Research in 2005 and presented at the Access 2005 conference.
